We have moved to our new location at 945 Thumb Butte. We purchased acreage in Laughlin Ranch, and doubled the number of classrooms and increased our programs to 12 years of age.
Our enhanced curriculum is based upon the Montessori philosophy of education. We are the only Montessori School in the Tri-state area with a full staff of trained and certified teachers by the "National Center for the Montessori Education", and the "American Montessori Society". Licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services, accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and The Montessori School Accreditation Commission. We offer a low student teacher ratio in the Primary programs of 1:8 and Lower Elementary of 1:10. In addition to the comprehensive Montessori curriculum we offer extra curricular programs in:
- Spanish
- Instrumental Lessons: Piano, Violin, String, Percussion & Wind
- Dance
We follow a traditional 9 month school term which begins the Tuesday after Labor Day and ends the Thursday before Memorial Day. We have the usual school terms breaks, following the Bullhead City School District calendar. A Summer Session is offered over twelve weeks. Primary Programs for Children 3 thru 6 years of age enrolling in a Part Day, Part Week, or Full Day, and a Full Day Kindergarten year. Our Elementary programs offer Lower Elementary for children 6 thru 9, Fall of 2007, Upper Elementary for 10 thru 12 year olds.
